As concern over climate change continues to grow, more home buyers will deman sustainable features in a home. Energy efficiency makes senses to more and more home buyers as long term savings in their pocket books. Home sellers should consider this when doing home improvements. Home owners will want to contact their REALTOR® for information on sustainable improvements to make to enhance the “home’s saleability”. Homebuyers on the other hand, may want to talk to a REALTOR® about what sustainable features to look for that will help save money on utility usage and costs.
