Doors Open Waterloo Region celebrates its 10th anniversary with 37 participating sites and a number of special events

Doors Open Waterloo Region is a free heritage and architecture tour of special, occasionally “secret” places in the region, held on the third Saturday in September every year. This year join in on Saturday, Septemeber 15, 2012 from 10a.m. to 5 p.m.

Discover the secret places of Waterloo Region! Most sites open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. FREE admission, children’s activities, music, drama presentations, walking tours and other special events. Pick up our map and guide at museums, libraries and tourism offices from July to September or in The Waterloo Region Record on Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012.

Doors Open Waterloo Region maps and guides are available at all City of Cambridge facilties, the each of the Cambridge Libraries branches, the Cambridge Visitor Information Centrem, and McDougall Cottage Museum

When: Saturday, September 15/12, most sites open 10-5.
What: FREE heritage and architecture tour. Discover the secret places of Waterloo Region!
Cost: Free admission!
