Here are the statistics of how long it took for single family homes to sell in Cambridge and Kitchener-Waterloo for 2012.
These statistics are based on the homes that were sold not necessarily all of the homes listed as there are always a number of homes that do not sell. Why is that you ask? There are many reasons why homes don’t sell. Could be location, staging, age of the home but most of the time it’s the price! Buyers will only pay what they feel the home is worth. Not what sellers think their home is worth because of all that they have invested into it. For that reason we also recommend that home owners check with Dale Dyer before making major renovations to see what will profit them in the long run. Many home owners unfortunately invest money that will not give them a return. We have a great resource report called: 27 Easy Home Selling Tips  that you can access for more information.
